When can I move in to Goods Yard?

We’re still grafting hard behind the scenes to get Goods Yard ready, but you'll be able to move in June 2025.

What's included in the rent?

Your monthly rent includes concierge service, gym, digital lockers, bike storage, superfast WiFi within the communal areas and use of the gardens and all amenity spaces.

Your rent does not include utilities, council tax or water. You'll be able to switch to whichever electric provider you wish.

There are extra charges for onsite car parking, a pet licence, private hire of the amenity space, and additional services such as cleaning and dog walking.

Is Goods Yard pet friendly?

Yes, pets are very welcome at Goods Yard and we'll have treats ready for their arrival! Read our pet policy for all the T&Cs, a monthly pet rent will apply.

You can apply for a pet licence at any time during your tenancy if you’re planning to welcome a new furry friend to the fam.

Are the homes fully furnished?

All our homes are kitted out with HAY furniture, high-quality Scandi-designed pieces that are sustainable, low-carbon, and ethically made. No flimsy flat-pack furniture round here! Just quality furniture that looks good and is super comfy too.

Is there parking at Goods Yard?

Yes! Goods Yard has secure allocated parking just a 2 minute walk from the development. Parking is available on a first come, first served basis as an extra rentable option. Spaces can be leased at the time of application or added on during your contract period via the Ollo app. If no parking spots are available, we’ll pop you on the waiting list and give you a heads up once a space is free.

Is there bike storage?

Absolutely! There is secure bike storage with cycle repair and maintenance kits just in case your two wheels need some TLC.

Are there resident events?

100%! If anyone knows how to throw a party, it’s us! Keep an eye out on the Ollo app and digital notice boards for our upcoming events. If you have any ideas on what you think would get the community together, let us know.

Is there a member of the OllO team onsite?

Our friendly team is there for all your needs, 5 days a week, 8am to 5pm. You’ll also be given an out-of-hours emergency number in case you need it.

WHAT LENGTH OF TENANCIES DO YOU OFFER? IS THERE A MINIMUM PERIOD?

We are flexible depending on your needs and offer 6 or 12 month tenancies on most of our homes. You’ll also have the option of renewing at the end of your tenancy too. 

HOW MUCH IS THE DEPOSIT AND WHERE IS IT HELD?

Your tenancy deposit payment is five weeks rent and this will be held by the Tenancy Deposit Scheme (Custodial). The deposit must be paid by the tenant(s) directly rather than by any third party on the tenant’s behalf. 

We also offer a zero deposit option for those that meet our minimum referencing checks. We will complete an inventory and check against this at the end of your tenancy and you will pay for any established charges at the end of the tenancy with the same rights as a cash deposit.

Are there laundry facilities?

We don’t want you trekking to the local launderette so every Ollo home comes with a washer-dryer.

If you cba with your chores, we can sort your laundry or dry cleaning for you! Please contact the Ollo team for more info or check the Ollo app.

Which broadband providers can I use?

Each home comes already set up with a connection and router for superfast WiFi with 4th Utility and BT Openreach. You can choose to set up a contract with either of these providers or transfer your existing package to your new home.

WiFi is free in all the amenity spaces.

What's the smoking policy?

We take the health of our staff and your fellow neighbours seriously, so ollo has a strict no-smoking policy throughout – including e-cigs and vapes. Smoking is not allowed in your home or in any common area, including the amenity and shared gardens.
