What's included in the rent at Weir Mill?
Your monthly rent includes concierge service, regular resident events, gym, digital parcel lockers, bike storage, superfast WiFi within the communal areas and use of the gardens and all amenity spaces. Each apartment comes with a dishwasher and washer dryer making life easier.
Your rent does not include utilities, council tax or water. You'll be able to switch to whichever electric provider you wish.
