The prize.

• 1 year rent free at Capital&Centric’s Weir Mill

The boring bits.

• The competition will end 5pm on the 21st of August and a winner will be chosen and contacted within 7 working days.  

• Entries received after 5pm on the 21st of August will not qualify for entry

• There will only be one winner

• There’s no limit on the number of people you can tag

• Prize is non-transferrable

• Prize is a 1 bed apartment at Weir Mill

• The apartment will be selected by Capital&Centric and Ollo Living.

• Capital&Centric and Ollo Living reserve the right to offer the apartment on a furnished or unfurnished basis

• The winner will be responsible for all associated bills during the 1 year period including but not limited to Council Tax, WiFi, electric, water and TV license

• The winner will be required to pay a 5-week deposit to protect against damage

• The winner must be the named occupier on the tenancy agreement

• The winner cannot transfer to another person, or sublet including short term lets such as Airbnb

• The winner must pass referencing checks carried out by our referencing agent

• The winner must have the right to rent in the UK and go through the relevant checks

• Employees and family members of the companies involved can’t take part

• The winner must sign a tenancy agreement and comply with all of the obligations set out within it. Failure to do so may result in the tenancy being terminated, and the winner may be required to vacate the apartment in accordance with the applicable notice period and the relevant legal grounds for possession.

• The winner must not allow other people to live in the apartment without prior permission from Ollo Living.

• No more than two people must occupy the apartment as tenants at any time during the 12 months.

• Capital&Centric will allow the winner to serve two months' notice and vacate the apartment before the end of the 12-month rent-free period.

• Parking is not included as part of the prize. The winner will be responsible for arranging their own parking at their own cost.

• The winner must meet Ollo Living T&Cs

• At the end of the 12-month rent free period, the winner may be able to stay in the property under a new assured periodic tenancy at market rent, subject to passing all relevant checks

• If the winner doesn’t accept the prize within 30 days or meet the requirements to enter into a tenancy agreement, then another winner will be selected

• The winner must agree to be included and partake in marketing material and content for Capital&Centric and Ollo Living

• The 1-year free rental period will begin within 30 days from the winner being announced by Capital&Centric

• Over 18s only

• The prize cannot be exchanged
